This project reimagines a dated single-storey commercial site in Windsor, Invercargill, into four freehold apartments with a small commercial office. The design introduces something fresh to the local landscape while respecting its surroundings, focusing on efficient layouts, light-filled interiors, and practical circulation. The result is a modern, community-minded development that enhances both liveability and the character of the Windsor precinct.
